Our Philosophy
Brighter Day is a second home, a welcoming family, an expanding circle of friends. A people centered vision built around services driven by and created for each unique individual. We believe in empowering and enriching the lives of people with IDD through skill enhancement, meaningful connection, and community advocacy. We tailor a vast array of services to each person offering the support needed to pursue any goal and live bright, vibrant lives.
Compassionate Care
Individuals with varying levels of mental, physical, and behavioral needs all have a place here. The dedicated team members are highly trained, compassionate people ready to support and lift individuals to new heights. Integrity, transparency, and respect are our primary principles. Whatever the need, we strive to meet every person where they are in their journey. Every step in the experience is designed to promote independence, enhance growth, and create opportunities for people in services, clients, families, and employees to thrive.
THE PROOF IS IN THE SMILES
When entering any Brighter Day space, the smiles tell the stories. We operate on the idea that people with developmental disabilities can do anything they put their minds to and that they deserve a safe, supportive, inclusive, and creative community to explore and achieve the life of their dreams.
