Cynthia McGough

Cynthia McGough is Director of Recruiting and joined the company in December 2024. Cynthia’s career is rooted in education and public service. She earned a master’s degree in education while teaching in public school. Her dedication to community well-being led her into public health, where she spent over two decades leading community services, outreach, and human resources. She furthered her education by completing the SHRM-SCP certification and a second master’s degree in legal studies with an emphasis in employment law.

Working in the IDD field holds deep personal meaning for Cynthia. Her sister lived with severe intellectual and developmental disabilities, inspiring Cynthia’s lifelong passion for advocacy and service.
