Area Director – Tulsa
Karen Rucker has been part of the Brighter Day family since 2005 and is proud to call Tulsa home. Starting as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) over 20 years ago, she was promoted to House Manager in 2014 and Quality Assurance Coordinator in 2024. Karen is currently the Area Director in Tulsa and enjoys helping people reach their goals.
