Mason Morgan
Chief Executive Officer
Mason Morgan has been the Chief Executive Officer of Hands of Heartland since 2019. To start his career, Mason spent three years in the Army and then five years leading a home health care company. Prior to joining HOH, he worked for a Texas based DD provider as President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Over those twenty years, Mason worked with large and small providers, helping to create opportunities for people receiving services as well professionals in the field.
Mason earned an MBA at Dallas Baptist University and has a BBS in Accounting.
He was President of PACSTX, a Texas based provider association for four years and has served in leadership roles on advocacy, legislative, and regulatory committees that are focused on advocating for quality services in multiple states.
