Stephenie Rogers

Stephenie Rogers joined Brighter Day in 2026 as Regional Director. With more than 25 years of leadership experience supporting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, she has led operations across multiple states, overseeing residential, in-home, community-based, and vocational services. Prior to joining Brighter Day, Stephenie held executive leadership roles centered on operations, quality, and strategic growth. Her expertise spans regulatory compliance, service expansion, and mergers and acquisitions—including due diligence and post-merger integration. Stephenie is recognized for building high-performing teams, optimizing systems, and maintaining a steadfast commitment to person-centered care. She brings a practical, steady approach to leadership and is dedicated to improving service outcomes for the individuals and communities Brighter Day serves.
